disco house | motion graphic (2020)

This project was the result of listening to too much BeeGees and Gloria Gaynor. I originally started with the red and orange gif down below learning how to use the collision deformer in Cinema 4D as well as different material settings. To further this project, I made Disco House which used hues of purple and blues.

Working on the project further, I was able to learn about the physical renderer in C4D creating depth of field. I was experiencing a high render time so I was also able to be more efficient by adjusting render settings. Though this project is only 5 seconds, I was also able to do a lot of post-production in After Effects specifically using Red Giant Trapcode.
